ABSTRACT:
The Undergraduate Computational Engineering and Science (UCES) 2010 award recognizes undergraduate faculty who have recently developed courses, programs, and/or curricular material aimed at promoting the widespread integration of CES. Five finalists will present their work for consideration: Timothy Fuhrer, Radford University, “Computational Chemistry Lab;” Laura Gable and John Mathis, Duquesne University, “Early University Exposure to Computational Chemistry;” Russell Manson, Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, “Computational Science Curriculum;” Henry Neeman, University of Oklahoma, “Supercomputing in Plain English;” Scott Sinex, Prince George`s Community College, “Computational Chemistry Spreadsheets.”
