TIME: 10:30AM - 12:00PM

ABSTRACT: Agent-based modeling is used to model situations in which individual objects follow certain rules. After putting those rules into action, we can generalize the behavior of the situation. Using AgentSheets, we will review several models including the spread of a forest fire, a communicable disease to demonstrate the technique and the impacts of individual agents on model outcomes.
