DESCRIPTION:ABSTRACT: User Interfaces for high-performance simulations are difficult to develop.  Aggregating the various operations involved in running simulations such as input setup\, run management\, and visualization into a single user interface desktop application is rarely attempted outside of the commercial world.  We present the Composer Project.  The Composer is an abstracted set of tools that offer a good foundation for more efficiently building such graphical application interfaces to simulations and scientific frameworks.
